Terms & Conditions
General
• Letters x Landa provides custom design services, including but not limited to branding materials, original art, invitation and event materials, custom crests, original prints, and calligraphy.
• All projects are subject to a consultation to determine scope, timeline, and pricing.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your project and initiate the design process.
• Final payment is due before delivery of digital files or shipment of physical products.
• Payments must be made via the methods specified in your invoice. Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or cancellation.
Payment & Deposits
• Your project includes 2–3 rounds of revisions as specified in the agreement. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• Once final approval is provided, any additional changes will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.
• It is the client’s responsibility to review all proofs carefully. Letters x Landa is not responsible for errors, including typos or inaccuracies, once the final approval is given.
Revisions & Approvals
• Project timelines will be outlined during the consultation process. While Letters x Landa strives to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, delays caused by late approvals, incomplete information, or external circumstances are not the responsibility of Letters x Landa.
• Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Timeline & Deadlines
• All designs, artwork, and materials created by Letters x Landa remain the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Clients are granted a license to use the designs for their intended purpose (e.g., personal use, branding, events).
• Reselling, reproducing, or altering the designs without prior written consent from Letters x Landa is strictly prohibited.
• Extended licensing or transfer of copyright can be discussed and arranged for an additional fee.
Copyright & Licensing
• Physical products are carefully packaged and shipped via the method agreed upon with the client. Letters x Landa is not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit.
• Digital files will be delivered electronically after the final payment has been received.
Shipping & Delivery
• The initial deposit is non-refundable.
• If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, additional fees may apply based on the work completed.
• Letters x Landa reserves the right to cancel a project at any time due to non-payment or breach of these terms, with no obligation to refund the deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Letters x Landa reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the client.
• Sensitive details, such as personal addresses or confidential information, will always be omitted.
Portfolio Use
• Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, timely feedback, and any required materials or information to complete the project.
• Failure to provide necessary inputs may result in delays or additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
• Letters x Landa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its designs.
• In the event of dissatisfaction, Letters x Landa will work with the client to resolve the issue within the scope of the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
• Letters x Landa reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
